League Bulletin August 2019

Hello & Welcome to the first Bulletin of the 2019-2020 Season.

This Month see the group stages of the Winners Cup plus a number of friendly fixtures , please remember that the name home club are to confirm details , including kit colours to opponents & referees on the monday preceding the game. I will issue a list of club details and referee contact details well before the 10th August

Handbook Collection

Please note that in accordance with league rule 4b , your new league handbooks are to be collected from my house on Sunday 11th August between 11am - 5pm. Any handbooks NOT collected on that date will NOT be sent via post so collection is essential. Please remember all clubs failing to adhere to this collection will be fined in accordance with the fines tariff.

Winners Cup

A few notes to clubs competing in this seasons Winners Cup

Players MUST be registered for your club in order to be eligible to play in this cup. Emergency registrations (up to 5 per game) are permitted BUT it is necessary for all competing clubs to have a minimum of 11 players registered 14 days before the first group game.
The Home name club are to provide refreshments for match officials.
Both clubs are to issue one of the new Match Result Form for every game.
Top Copy to be posted to me
Second Copy to the referee
Third Copy to the opposing team official.
Home club are to advise match result & goalscorers to Maureen Davies in the usual manner between 4-6pm.
PLEASE NOTE it is not necessary for clubs to issue new match result forms for friendly fixtures or is it necessary to ring in the result for friendly fixtures.
